Ready For Autumn Winter With Richard James Mayfair

Autumn is officially here! Is it bad that I'm slightly excited for the upcoming cooler months? Sometimes it's nice to dress up and be cosy. I recently received this blazer and roll neck from Richard James Mayfair -  I've been a fan since I attended the Richard James AW16 show during LCM.

Richard James Mayfair is actually the diffusion line to the Savile Row brand which has forged a reputation for creating luxurious and beautifully tailored suits with a bold and progressive twist on the classic suit design. This blazer is a really good example of that - I'm in love with the deep purple colour. Not to mention the ombre roll neck which is made of the highest quality. I must say I felt really expensive the day this was shot haha. The collection is available from House of Fraser.

My Thoughts On The Kiehl's Facial Fuel Range

Salman Dean

Hey guys - I'm back with another skin care review post. As always I'm going to keep it 100% real and share with you the pro's and con's. These are just my thoughts so feel free to come to your own conclusion. One thing I have to say is I'm really disappointed with L'oreal across their brands as they don't list ingredients on their websites. As a customer I would like to know what is in the products I'm buying. I have included a full ingredients list for the products being reviewed below.

Healing The Wounds of Past Trauma

Today I'm going to address something that I almost never talk about. MY TRAUMATIC PAST. I don't want to delve into the in's and out's but I'd like to talk about my relationship with trauma. Growing up my childhood was very turbulent and I was only able to remove myself from that situation when I became an adult. This left me damaged however over time I feel like I've healed. Although something I've noticed not only in myself but others who have also suffer trauma is that we keep hurting ourselves. As human beings we tend to act up over our past, over and over again. Some people may think it is attention seeking or playing victim however I think it's a lot deeper than that.

Why I Think The Body Shop Missed The Mark With Their Tea Tree Range

Body Shop Tea Tree Review

I want to start of this post by saying how much I respect the Body Shop and the work they do. The Body Shop source their tea tree from Mount Kenya National Park and their trade history with Kenya has lead them to a long term partnership. They also provide education and training in sustainable farming methods and have even planted over 5000 seeds to help restore the surrounding habitat. Kenya is actually where my family are from so I think it's great that the Body Shop is supporting workers out there. That being said I'm not a massive fan of the tea tree skin care range and it's poor formulation. Let me break is down by product.
