Hey guys, I'm back with another post and I'm truly in love with this new phone case. A little while ago Swedish brand CaseApp reached out to me to review their products. They offer custom phone cases as well as custom laptop skins. The process of creating your own case is super easy. They also have various designs you can choose from which is what I did. My obsession with marble continues so I decided to go for this blue colour which really pops.

Hey guys I hope you are well. For this post I'm collaborating with Morgan M. who offer well crafted bags that are made from 100% leather. Their bags take inspiration from traditional British culture combined with the latest fashion trends in modern day London. This particular one is the Xalvador which is perfect for travelling. It has a four point folded opening which means that access to items at the top of the bag is as easy as the bottom, saving time and minimising the risk of creased clothing.

The Importance of "Me Time"

Many of us know that looking after ourselves is important but how many of us actually do it? I'm quite a selfless person and I have a problem saying no. Because of this I recently ended up suffering from exhaustion and my doctor told me I need to make some lifestyle changes. The level of stress in your life can have a profound knock on effect. I practically laughed when my doctor told me that some of the illnesses I'm suffering from are caused by stress. I can appreciate that stress isn't something you can control (I mean duh who would want to be stressed out) but there are small changes you can make to your life. Basic things such as exercising, eating well, staying hydrated and getting enough sleep can help make you feel better.
