July Favourites

salman dean
With July over (eeek time is flying by) I thought I would round up all my favourite things of the month. Hope you guys enjoy and if you want more of these posts then let me know so I can make them a regular thing.

body shop tea tree shower gel
The Body Shop Tea Tree Body Wash has literally changed the level of expectation I had for shower gels. Now I've tried all sorts ranging from luxury products at £16 to the value 99p stuff.

However this product may not be for all. Firstly it doesn't have much of a foaming action. To some people that may mean your not being cleaned which is furthest from the truth. If you like a good foam then you won't like this. But what's great about this it leaves you feeling cleansed without striping the skin. Smells fresh and the tea tree is great for anyone who has imperfections on their skin. If for example you have full blow acne on your back then I suggest you see a doctor but this product is great for someone who may have a small blemish. Even if you don't have a blemish using this product will resurface your skin to be smooth. Well at least I noticed a difference.

If you've used the body shop tea tree shower gel before let me know what your thoughts are on it in the comments section below.

Neutrogena Norwegian Formula Body Lotion with Nordic Berry
So I'm not really one to use a body moisturiser every day but everyone does feel like their skin is tight once in a while. I purchased the Neutrogena Norwegian Formula Body Lotion with Nordic Berry after it was recommend by Caroline Hirons (if you don't don't know who she is then your obviously not a product junkie like me). The body lotion is high absorbing but also really moisturising at the same time.

Let's face it no one wants to be greasy so you won't have to worry about that with this product. It has a light fragrance to it. I usually prefer fragrance free things but the scent of this product doesn't bother me. You can hardly smell it after an hour. Overall a brilliant product that comes in a easy to pump bottle. It's also quite a bargain considering how much you get.

Oh my gosh if you haven't heard about Humans yet then you must living under a rock. The sci-fi TV show is a production between Channel 4 and American network AMC. Without ruining it to much, it's about synthetic robots in a modern day world and the problems that can occur when humans try to play God.

It airs Sunday nights at 9pm on Channel 4. Honestly mind blowing series. You'll thank me later.

House of Marley headphones
I was pleasantly surprised with the sound quality on these House of Marley headphones. I've been a long time customer of Sennheiser products but these are honestly my new favourite. They are made with a tangle free fabric cable and have wood detailing not to mention an added microphone. Now I don't know about you but I spend half my time trying to untangle my headphones, so this is a god send. Also the bass on these headphones is really good.

topman t-shirts
I really love these basic ribbed t-shirts from Topman. I'm always buying clothes but I must admit when it comes to the essentials, I'm lacking. I thought these were perfect for summer since they are super thin and soft. Not much else to say really - standard but perfect.

Well that's it folks, if any of my favourites are your favourites please comment below and tell me why.

This post contains PR samples.

Humans - watched it all, was pretty good but I've seen better sci-fi shows, it reminded me of Heroes for some reason. PLEASE tell me you've seen that!
